Luxa reserves full rights to refuse service, cancel orders, block accounts, or decline trade-in items for any reason, including suspected misuse or fraud.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

Product images are for representation only. Actual product may vary slightly in color, texture, finishing, or natural material variation.

Pricing, availability, and specifications may change without prior notice.

Luxa is not liable for:

System glitches

Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical issues

If a pricing error occurs, Luxa can cancel the order even after payment. The amount will be refunded.
3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Order cancellation is not guaranteed and is subject to Luxa’s approval.

Made-to-order, customised, or specially requested items cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Any attempt to claim fraudulent chargebacks may lead to legal action.

Bulk orders may require additional documents or verification from the customer.
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & INSPECTION

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.

Luxa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.

If the product arrives damaged, it must be reported immediately during delivery with clear photos and videos.

After delivery confirmation, Luxa is not responsible for:

Damage caused by customer handling

Improper installation done by any third party

Re-delivery due to customer unavailability may include extra charges.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

Slight differences in shade, finishing, fabric texture, or natural materials are not considered defects.

6. TRADE-IN PROGRAM TERMS
By participating in Luxa Trade-In Program, you agree to the following:

Trade-in is only valid for products purchased from Luxa (if applicable) or approved items under Luxa’s conditions.

Structural stability

Market value

Luxa has full authority to reject any trade-in item without explanation.
6.3 Trade-In Card Terms

Trade-in card is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Trade-in card value and validity period are determined solely by Luxa.

Trade-in can only be applied to new purchases as per Luxa’s policy.

Final trade-in value may change after physical inspection at the time of exchange.
6.4 No Liability
Luxa is not responsible for:

Loss of customer data stored on the product

Missing accessories or parts

Issues discovered after acceptance due to hidden faults or misrepresentation
Luxa may cancel a trade-in if fraud or tampering is suspected.
7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Monetary losses

Emotional/mental stress

Delays caused by external or logistical issues

Damages caused due to improper usage after delivery

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Luxa is not liable for delays or failure of service due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation restrictions, or government regulations.
